HALF MARATHON 2007
is
gonna be
ENORMOUS!! . . .
The 2006 Cardiff marathon and half marathon was
a great success for the Jam-Fund. The charity
was represented by 57 runners, and raised £14,000
and this enabled the Jam-Fund to purchase the
JAMIE ADAMSON caravan, our target
for last year.
So far this year we have 146
names pledged to run for us! (May2007) but if

What
we ask:
We
ask each runner to raise a minimum
of £100 in sponsorship. We will provide
you with a team running vest and we also pay your
entry fee of £21 and you'll have free entry
to the post race Jam-Fund reception.

If you ensure each includes their postcode and
ticks the GIFT AID column, we can then claim back
an extra 28p for every pound pledged, this doesnot
cost the sponsor anything, but if they are a UK
taxpayer the government will refund us this amount
(it makes a big difference to
the total amount!!)

On
the day:
The
Jam-Fund is a charity that likes to thank the
people who support us! There will be a post race
reception which will now take place at Zync bar,
(63 St Mary St) Cardiff city center. Entrance
free, free hot buffet to team members and a small
charge to supporters (will be ticket only which
will be available on request) spaces limited to
400 people (sorry) There will be a disco and live
music. 12pm-7pm.

of the day!
